These terms and conditions are part of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Company and the User.
If the User continues to access this site and/or makes an order or purchase transaction, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the entire contents of the terms and conditions that apply.

Return of Goods

The company does not accept exchanges of goods or products for any reason, be it because of a mismatch in colour, size, material, model, or shape, and so on.

Goods or products sent by the Company to Users have passed careful and correct checks.

If there is damage or defects in the goods or products sent by the Company, then the User can contact the Company and the Company will send back the same goods or products in good and correct condition, without being charged an additional fee.
The conditions for exchanging goods or products are that the User must notify the Company no later than 48 hours after the item or product is received by the User.
Guaranteed Product

For products that have warranty claims, it will be the responsibility of the Factory, but the Company will always be ready to help Users to make complaints to the Factory.

Whatever the results of the complaint will be conveyed to the User, whether it's a new replacement or just repaired, all of that is the authority of the Factory.

All complaint policies are fully the responsibility of the Factory.

Other matters not listed in this regulation will be regulated later by the Company.
